The owner and administrative head of Lazarus Realty Services since 2005, Larry J. Ansell leads this Ocean, New Jersey-based real estate company with a focus on commercial and industrial property sales, leasing and management. Larry Ansell also owns and operates DHA Communications, the company that owns WENC-AM Radio in Whiteville, North Carolina.

Over the course of a career that has spanned more than 40 years, Mr. Ansell has led multiple real estate brokerages and construction enterprises. He has also personally acquired and owned more than 40 properties, including apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, and a shopping center.

Larry Ansell is also an author of books on transcendental themes who holds a Doctor of Science in Transpersonal Psychology and Complimentary and Alternative Medical Therapies from Delphi University. His books to be published include Zen Offerings of Wisdom: Metaphysical Philosophies and Esoteric Thought, and Thoughts of Gratitude and Thankfulness: Appreciation for the Heart, Soul, and Spirit. In his free time, he likes to tend to his garden and his fishpond.
